Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Notice ("Notice") describes the nature of the personal data we may collect about you and how Takeda Export Services GmbH Saudi Arabia uses it as part of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Information Takeda Collects and How We Use It.
Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited, its subsidiaries and related companies (“Takeda”) would like to seek your permission, during our operations, for the purposes of marketing, research, education, pharmacovigilance (safety) reporting, to confirm contact or financial information, to verify qualifications and to check references; to collect, process, use and internationally transfer your personal information (personal information shall include: your full name; title; contact details; business address; as well as the personal data you have disclosed above) within and outside Saudi Arabia or commission third parties on behalf of Takeda to do so. (i) Medical education, including information on upcoming scientific and educational events such as conferences and seminars, online and in person courses, and conference reports on past conferences and seminars;
(ii) Medical information, including general product and clinical updates, information on Takeda’s products and research, as well as patient resources;
(iii) Clinical trials conducted by Takeda (together with its other healthcare partners, where applicable);
(iv) Takeda’s business research, marketing and promotional events, activities and materials, including information on Takeda’s services and specialty areas, invitations to participate in Takeda’s market research into medical conditions and the usefulness of Takeda’s products and services, as well as customer satisfaction surveys which relate to a recent interaction that you may have had with Takeda that is designed to collect your feedback and help us improve;
(v) Invitations to participate in remote/virtual meetings with Takeda’s representatives, where applicable; and
(vi) Updates to Takeda’s website and online material.
(vii) Takeda may contact you to request further details on safety information (e.g., adverse events, special situations, and product quality complaints) associated with the use of Takeda products that you have reported to Takeda.
Takeda processes personal data by recording, updating, selecting, processing and sorting information collected by Takeda's account leads and other Takeda personnel (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, "MSL").These profiling activities include interpreting information collected during calls between you, the physician, and our account leads, or collected during meetings between you and other Takeda personnel, as well as analyzing data available in public channels (e.g., lectures at conferences or other educational events).
Takeda collects information directly from you through your interactions with us when you sign up for a service, enter into a contract with us, submit an application to us, and through various other engagements we may have with you. We may use technologies that automatically collect information when you visit our sites, view our advertisements, or use our products or services.
We also may collect information about you from third parties, such as our vendors, suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
The use of your personal data as described above is based on serving our legitimate interests in promoting our products and disease awareness; perform our contractual obligations to you; complying with our legal obligations and your consent.
How We Share Personal Information
We share data with service providers (e.g., vendors whose primary function is to validate the accuracy of the data you share with us) and business partners around the world in order to fulfill the purposes mentioned above (e.g., technical support, third-party consultants, or third-party lawyers). We may also share the information with subsidiaries and affiliates controlled by Takeda. Takeda may transfer personal data to countries other than your country of residence. There is a possibility that the laws of the receiving countries may provide less stringent protection of personal data than that of your country of residence.
